Your tasks

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop consulting and BA skills early. The work is around a Ticketing system which has recently gone live and is in its early Production phases:

Maintaining our log of “Problem tickets” highlighting process issues or errors from 1st level support.
Investigating above tickets
Providing input into process definition based on observations and analysis. This includes both with an external supplier at Level 1 and also internal employees at Level 2.

Your profile

Secure handling of office products
Knowledge of creating queries – e.g. B. SQL
Experience with / knowledge of JIRA desirable
You have an analytical mindset and want to take on new challenges
Fluent in German and very good English skills
