Your tasks

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop consulting and BA skills early. The work is around a Ticketing system which has recently gone live and is in its early Production phases:

  • Maintaining our log of “Problem tickets” highlighting process issues or errors from 1st level support.
  • Investigating above tickets
  • Providing input into process definition based on observations and analysis. This includes both with an external supplier at Level 1 and also internal employees at Level 2.

Your profile

  • Secure handling of office products
  • Knowledge of creating queries – e.g. B. SQL
  • Experience with / knowledge of JIRA desirable
  • You have an analytical mindset and want to take on new challenges
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
